Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup tsp olive oil
1 cup natural yoghurt
1/4 cup fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped
1/2 cup caster (superfine) sugar
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 tbls nutmeg or cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder

Serve with honey and butter
