Today, on our 2013 FordF150, we'll be installing the Voyager brake controller, Part Number 39510, in conjunction with the Tekonsha plug-and-play adapter, Part Number 3050P. Now, to begin the install of our brake controller, we'll first need to locate the manufacturer's brake controller port. If you look underneath the dash here, above the gas pedal, you can find the gray plug. It's taped to the manufacturer's harness right next to the OBDII port. Now we'll remove the tape by just using a utility knife to cut it free. All right, now that we've located our manufacturer's tow port, we'll need to remove the protective cap. We'll press on the locking tab and slide the cap off.
